Jessica Stewart

Jessica studied her undergraduate degree in law at the University of York and then gained her master’s degree at Northumbria University, qualifying as a solicitor in 2023. From a local farming family, Jessica understands the complexities of an array of rural matters, and assists in residential and commercial sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, as well as Wills, probate, administration of estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Outside of the office, Jes is chairman of Durham City Young Farmers Club, and is a national ambassador for the National Farmers’ Union. Jes also enjoys playing netball in a local league and Tug of War.
